Following the Public Meeting on Crime and Anti-Social Behaviour, we as ward Councillors promised to write to the MP and the Police about the issues in Nythe. We have since received an acknowledgement from the police and a response from the MP saying he has simply forwarded our letter to the police. To date, either from our request or to the one forwarded by the MP, we have received no correspondence from the police about the issues. Your ward Councillors find this unacceptable and will be writing to both the Police and MP again urging them for a timely response. |
