Cllr Smith talks to BBC Radio Swindon over Speed Humps

On Monday 15th Decemeber 2003, Cllr Glenn Smith, talked live with BBC Radio Swindon on the issues of speed humps in Covingham.

Cllr Glenn Smith talked about how the residents should come first and that he hoped that when the vote happened in the Cabinet meeting this week that the Cabinet members listened to the residents and voted the humps out.
