How you can help the Conservative Party

It is easy to help and make a difference. The Conservative Party relies on volunteers to support either by giving their time or money to the party. Whether it is simply delivering a few leaflets, or becoming a member of the party. How you can help:

  • Becoming A Party Member
  • Delivering Some Leaflets
  • Attending Social / Political Events
  • Helping At Election Time / Political Campaigning

Becoming A Party Member...

Annual membership of the Conservative Party is only £25, or £3 if you are under 22. The Conservative Party relies on donations from supporters, and membership money is a vital fund raiser for local campaigning. Benefits of membership include:

  • Social & Political events throughout the year
  • Quarterly full colour magazines
  • One Member, one vote for the election of the Party Leader
  • The selection of candidates for Westminster and Europe
  • Decisions on key policy ideas for the next General Election
  • A vote in local Constituency Association elections

Giving your time...

One of our most important roles as Conservatives is getting our message out to the people. We do this in several ways, mainly this is either producing and delivering leaflets or going out and talking to people to Canvass their opinion. These tasks have a multitude of steps and can accomodate any asisstance you can give, from an odd hour here and there or anything up to occupying you several days a month.

Whatever you can spare we're more than happy to welcome your support. If you might be interested and would like to have a chat about how you can make a difference, then drop Cllr Glenn Smith an email, glenn@CovinghamAndNytheInTouch.com
